The first LEVEN hotel will be housed in a landmark early 20th century warehouse on the corner of Chorlton Street and Canal Street in Manchester's vibrant Village neighbourhood.  

Wellbrook is operating the asset under an HMA, and project managed pre-opening, interior design and technical services.

LEVEN Manchester is designed to be enjoyed on a guest’s own terms, with spacious bedrooms and an artfully designed Lobby & Lounge with a home from home vibe. The public areas are designed for guests and locals to hang out with friends over coffee or a cocktail, as well as find a quiet spot to get some work done.

Thoughtful touches help guests staying at LEVEN feel instantly at home. Free early check in and late check out makes travel easier. Rooms feature complimentary limited edition LEVEN socks to keep guest cozy in the rooms, or take home. Free fast wifi throughout makes life easy and some rooms feature city or canal views.

Leven Manchester has four thoughtfully designed room types:

“Life Size”(standard bedroom),

“Living Space” (one bedroom suite)

“Living Large” (one bedroom duplex Penthouse suite)

“Living The Dream” (two bedroom duplex Penthouse suite).

Phase two of LEVEN
Manchester’s launch will see a 1,700 sq ft cocktail bar and 4,000 sq ft restaurant space open on the ground and basement levels.
